Thus, we’re honored to play a role in this year’s New York Business Plan Competition (NYBPC). Our Managing Partner Matthew Pelkey will serve as a judge at this year’s event – “Venture NY” – being held at The OnCenter in Syracuse on April 27.
Since 2010, this intercollegiate entrepreneurship competition has provided real-world training and experience for Upstate New York’s next generation of innovators – and produced hundreds of inventions and patented technologies in the process. Sponsored by the Upstate Capital Association of New York, it offers up to $100,000 in cash prizes for the competitors, while increasing access to capital for companies and deal flow for investors.
